Avevo prenotato volo e alloggio per la trasferta di Bergamo e avevo deciso di affidarmi ad uno del “settore” per prendere il biglietti per stare più tranquillo, con tanto di ACCONTO.
La piattaforma da problemi dal mattino e decide di posticipare l’uscita per poi riaprirla al pubblico . Chiamo il negozio per avvisare dell’accaduto e mi dice che i biglietti per le ricevitorie erano in vendita dalle 15( vado su facebook e vedo almeno 100 biglietti stampati dalle ricevitorie) tralasciando ciò, do ancora un po’ di fiducia e alle 15 mi dice che non posso acquistare i biglietti perché la trasferta è vietata, l’unico al mondo a saperlo????.
Ovviamente ho perso soldi di volo e alloggio

I had booked flight and accommodation for the trip to Bergamo and I had decided to rely on one of the "sector" to get the tickets to feel more comfortable, complete with a DEPOSIT.
The platform has been having problems since the morning and decides to postpone the release and then reopen it to the public. I call the shop to let them know what happened and it tells me that the tickets for the betting shops were on sale from 3 pm (I go to facebook and I see at least 100 tickets printed by the betting shops) ignoring this, I give a little more confidence and at 3 pm he tells me that I cannot buy tickets because travel is forbidden, the only one in the world to know about it????.
Obviously I lost my flight and accommodation money
