Ottima cosa quella di poter stampare comodamente da casa il biglietto che è già valido per l'ingresso. Una volta mi è capitato di aver acquistato uno spettacolo del Napoli Teatro Festival che è stato annullato, ho ricevuto il rimborso integrale dei biglietti senza doverne nemmeno fare richiesta. Piattaforma consigliata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel fare i biglietti ho avuto dei problemi con la rete e solo la mattina successiva mi sono accorto che ho ricevuto 2 mail relative allo stesso biglietto ... Colpa mia... Quello che non riesco a capire e che una volta me ne sono accorto a più di un mese dall'usufruire del servizio non è possibile il rimborso. Secondo me è un furto legalizzato
