Molto soddisfatta.
 I ordered a new boiler from the Promoclima website. Purchased at a very competitive price compared to those found in other places. The thing I appreciated most was the speed with which it arrived at my house. In less than 24 hours from the purchase the boiler is already aged in my home.
Very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received an email from PromoClima immediately after placing my order, which said, I would be notified when my order was shipped - GREAT.
A week has gone by and I have not heard anything else from them - NOT SO GREAT.
If it is going to take more than a week to dispatch an order a follow-up email would be nice, just to reassure the customer that everything is still okay with the order and perhaps even give an estimate of when the order might ship.
Also, I had a problem with my initial order, but I have NOT received any response to any of the emails I have sent (3 in total). Also, when I called PromoClima on the telephone I ask if anyone there spoke English and the person on the other end of the phone said, NO! and immediately hung-up - DISGRACEFUL
