Sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta sia per il lavoro svolto ma anche per il primo contatto telefonico per prendere l'appuntamento. Il tecnico, ha individuato subito il problema risolvendolo e mi ha dato spiegazioni chiare ed esaurienti . Professionalità' e velocità' sono elementi importanti per fidelizzare un cliente. Consiglio la Eurotherm Rusciano troverete sicuramente professionalità e serietà nello svolgimento del loro lavoro!
I turned to Eurotherm for problems with my Ariston gas boiler. I was fully satisfied both for the work done but also for the first telephone contact to make the appointment. The technician immediately identified the problem by solving it and gave me clear and exhaustive explanations. Professionalism 'and speed' are important elements for retaining a customer. Excellent company for maintenance and installation of boilers. I turned to them for the first time because of their closeness and I found kindness and professionalism in the operators and in the people in charge. They have the WhatsApp service. A small drawback, it is a pity not to have 24/7 service.

Bad experience and little seriousness on the part of the technician. Only available for paid interventions. For a simple gasket they wanted me to change the boiler.
