★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Un mese per cambiare un maglione e un mese di prese in giro. Ma il top lo abbiamo raggiunto quando al telefono hanno detto "questi chiamo tutti i giorni per sto maglione de m***a". Se solo fossero stati chiari non avremmo dovuto chiamare così spesso, no? Comunque, maglione ritirato e non ci rimetteremo più piede. Ammetto tutto ma non questa supponenza dai commessi maleducati, soprattutto quando il problema è stato loro. Peccato perché i vestiti sono molto particolari.
Very bad. A month to change a sweater and a month of teasing. But we reached the top when on the phone they said "these are calling every day for this sweater". If only they were clear we wouldn't have had to call so often, would we? Anyway, sweater withdrawn and we will never get back on it. I admit everything but not this arrogance from rude salespeople, especially when the problem was theirs. Too bad because the clothes are very special.
