Si e' rifiutato di farmi un preventivo, limitandosi a elencarmi i prezzi di listino base a voce, alla mia richiesta di farmi accomodare nel suo ufficio per avere un preventivo più dettagliato, mi ha risposto che quello poteva bastare.

Taking my 500x for service, I reported a problem with the on-board computer. Upon retirement I realize that the computer still has the same problem. Bad, if it could be given 0 stars.
