Ora la stufa funziona perfettamente per cui le 5 stelle sono meritate per il prodotto e per l'assistenza. Ora sono costretto a rivolgermi a un legale visto che, dopo mesi di scuse, ora è impossibile parlare non solo con il titolare ma con chiunque altro. Anche MCZ (di cui era rivenditore) lo ha tolto dai punti autorizzati perché irreperibile. A deposit of over one thousand euros paid in autumn 2017 and still nothing in September 2018. Dopo aver pagato tutto ed aspettato qualche mese, non siamo più riusciti a contattare il signor Tapparelli Luca. Sparito nel nulla. Al negozio non è mai presente un comportamento davvero vergognoso. Prendere in giro i clienti non è una buona mossa di marketing .Se dovete comprare una stufa, andate da un’altra parte dove il venditore sono sicuramente piu seri non sparisce. Costretto ad arrangiarmi per la sistemazione di una stufa da lui montata e cercare con difficoltà altro artigiano. Non-existent after-sales assistance. Pessimo venditore e pessima azienda che non risponde nemmeno ai suoi clienti...non sono sevite mail, ne chiamate ma semplicemente non presta nemmeno aiuto a gestire un problema con il prodotto che ha fornito! Non oso immaginare se per caso avessi fatto un’ ordine e magari anche pagato...... Per quello che mi riguarda alla larga......fate vobis. Total unreliability. I share and appreciate some reviews.
