Siccome era il primo ordine hanno preteso il pagamento anticipato ma dopo aver incassato il denaro si sono completamente disinteressati ai noi. Materiale arrivato con grande ritardo ed ogni volta che chiamavamo per avere informazioni sullo stato dell'ordine ci raccontavano una scusa diversa. A causa del loro ritardo abbiamo perso un mese di fatturazione. Esperienza molto negativa, non acquisteremo mai più da loro! I am sorry to see that the service offered is very bad. S	Simone Rachele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so se sia stato un caso ma il commesso non aveva ben chiaro il prodotto che stavo cercando e quando ha capito ha cercato per un po' poi dopo 2,3 tentativi lo trova, a questo punto gli chiedo se ne avesse più di una (per capirci sono solo lame di ricambio del gattuccio quindi un prodotto piuttosto comune ) lui risponde che era proprio l'ultima perché qualcuno che doveva fare dei lavori le ha comprate tutte. Questo in circa 10 minuti. A questo punto lui e un'altra impiegata iniziano a cercare il prezzo di questo prodotto e passano altri 10-15 minuti senza successo. Chiamano dunque una terza persona per risolvere che lui stesso non sa il prezzo e dice di fare il prezzo di un'altra lama (presumibilmente simile), questo tutto davanti a me che aspettavo. Passano altri 10 minuti di discussione tra di loro E finalmente si decidono a dirmi il prezzo e darmi questa fatidica lama. Dunque dopo aver perso 40 minuti di lavoro sono finalmente riuscito ad andare via con qualcosa. Mi chiedo come facessero a non sapere il prezzo se ne avevano appena venduto l'intero inventario ma ok I don't know if it was a coincidence but the salesman did not know the product I was looking for and when he understood he searched for a while then after 2.3 attempts he finds it, at this point I ask him if he had more than one ( to understand they are only spare blades of the dogfish so a rather common product) he replies that it was the last one because someone who had to do some work bought them all.
