★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa del negozio pessima. Mi reco per usufruire di un buono acquistato in altro punto vendita (premesso che al momento dell'acquisto era stato garantito esplicitamente che poteva essere speso in qualunque negozio della catena) ma scopro che non è possibile.
Chiedo se posso scegliere il profumo da fare acquistare nel punto vendita specifico. Qui parte la scena madre:la commessa tergiversa e fa di tutto per fai uscire dal negozio facendomi provare un paio di profumi etichettati come "c'è questo" e "questo".
Praticamente messa alla porta.
Scrivo al servizio clienti.
Se possibile trattamento peggiore che nel punto vendita.
Se l'azienda è contenta di pagare questa gente per farsi rappresentare, fatti suoi. Per prodotti di questa fascia di prezzo sarebbe necessario scegliere personale adeguato, non degli "scappati di casa"
La cosa che mi rinfranca è che dalle recensioni viene fuori che non sono l'unica ad aver avuto questo trattamento.
 Bad shop assistant. I go to take advantage of a voucher purchased in another store (provided that at the time of purchase it was explicitly guaranteed that it could be spent in any store in the chain) but I discover that it is not possible.
I ask if I can choose the perfume to buy at the specific point of sale. Here the mother scene starts: the saleswoman previews and does everything to get you out of the shop by letting me try a couple of perfumes labeled as "there is this" and "this".
Practically put on the door.
I write to customer service.
If possible worse treatment than at the point of sale.
If the company is happy to pay these people to be represented, its business. For products in this price range it would be necessary to choose adequate staff, not "runaways"
The thing that reassures me is that the reviews show that I am not the only one to have had this treatment.

Purtroppo compro spesso Aqua di Sale online (…180 euro di profumo!!!) in vari siti e mi mandano sempre tanti campioni regalo!!! L’ ultima volta l’ ho comprato, sempre online, dal negozio Profumum Roma ufficiale e mi è stato regolarmente spedito! Peccato che non c’era nemmeno un campione omaggio e quando ho chiesto spiegazioni, pensando si trattasse di un errore, mi hanno detto che loro non sono una delle classiche profumerie e pertanto non inviano campioni omaggio! Ritengo la risposta proprio non commerciale! Effettivamente non sono una classica profumeria, ma il livello che, dovrebbe essere di gran lunga superiore, è decisamente inferiore!!!!
Bad treatment !!!
Unfortunately I often buy Aqua di Sale online (... 180 euros of perfume !!!) in various sites and they always send me lots of gift samples !!! Last time I bought it, always online, from the official Profumum Roma store and it was regularly sent to me! Too bad there was not even a free sample and when I asked for explanations, thinking it was a mistake, they told me that they are not one of the classic perfumeries and therefore they do not send free samples! I think the answer is really non-commercial! Actually I am not a classic perfumery, but the level which should be far higher is definitely lower !!!!

Lady ask me if she can help I ask about scent I like try them but no conversation in return. The other lady in the shop was sat down staring at me up and down. Sorry but this is not how customer service should be. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i tried many Italian perfume and this one is in the top list. staff is nice as she let me tried many scent in the shop. my only regret is I should buy 100ml not travel size. I will definitely come back to this shop for my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very patient, very friendly shop assistant. She has to cope with different types of client everyday, and yet is very capable to assist them all. A great range of good quality perfumes with unusual, interesting and unique scents. Profumum is definitely the perfume shop of Rome.
