Acquisto una serie di prodotti,mi serve la sig,ra Lucia,incerta sull' acquisto di una fragranza chiedo la differenza prezzi tra EDT e EDP..... Il primo poco più di 80.00 il secondo 108.00 Da scontare del 30%.....la stessa signora Lucia Mi consiglia EDT mi controlla al Pc il prezzo scontato e mi riferisce 76.00 circa.... Prendo tempo,è' un acquisto su commissione, Chiedo il contatto telefonico,magari lo faccio mettere da parte. Così è' ,dopo un' ora richiamo la signora Lucia Chiedo conferma del prezzo e le comunico che io ,o chi per me ,passerò a ritirare. Mando il mio compagno e trovo la sorpresa.... La signora Lucia non c'è ,il profumo era,a loro dire,già scontato......e mi chiedono una cifra più alta.....alludendo che Lucia si sarà sbagliata. Spiego loro tutta la tiritera,se lo avessi preso la mattina lo avrei pagato 75.00....... Sostengono fosse scontato all' inizio!!!! Ma la signora Lucia non lo sapeva? E poi,lo ha passato ben due volte al Po ed il prezzo comunicatomi è' stato per entrambe:75.00, credere all' errore???? No,è' stata una grande scorrettezza,hanno perso una cliente e non solo. Sconti raggirati. Se potete evitate questa profumeria,i prezzi variano da persona a persona !!! Pica serietà e zero premura per il cliente Negative experience .... I went today to this perfumery, precisely in via della Scrofa, Special day, 30% discount ..... I explain to them all the spiel, if I had taken it in the morning I would have paid 75.00 ....... They claim it was obvious at the beginning !!!! But didn't Signora Lucia know? And then, he passed it twice to the Po and the price communicated to me was for both: 75.00, believe the mistake ???? No, it was a great mistake, they lost a client and not only. Discounts fooled. If you can avoid this perfumery, prices vary from person to person !!! Pica seriousness and zero concern for the customer

È stata cosa ben gradita, quando presi Aventus, lo sconto che mi fecero, così facendo l’ho preso ad uno dei prezzi più bassi del mercato...da 100ml!! Tornerò sicuramente a breve a ricomprarlo, poiché mi è rimasto poco dello stesso. Unica pecca è che i profumi sono non a portata di mano dei clienti, cosa che altre profumerie fanno. Ed è abbastanza scocciante chiedere al personale ogni volta di provare un profumo. È una critica costruttiva. Well-stocked perfumery, niche perfumes. It was a welcome thing when I took Aventus, the discount they gave me, in doing so I took it at one of the lowest prices on the market ... 100ml !! I will definitely come back to buy it again shortly, since I have little left of the same. The only flaw is that perfumes are not within customers' reach, which other perfumeries do. And it's quite annoying to ask the staff every time to try a perfume. It is a constructive criticism.

And the best thing was the very kindness of the staff especially the two ladies: Laura And Francesca . Mrs Francesca was very lovely and kind with us so we highly appreciate her for her kindness
