★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e le mie amiche siamo state in negozio per ritirare un regalo offerto da Pupa ed alcune ragazze del personale sono state molto maleducate, poco cortesi e disponibili nei confronti miei e delle mie amiche anche alle piú banali richieste, addirittura una delle due commesse presenti si è lamentata della nostra presenza.
My friends and I went to the shop to pick up a gift offered by Pupa and some of the staff girls were very rude, not courteous and available to me and my friends even the most trivial requests, even one of the two shop assistants present did she complained about our presence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profumeria bene assortita e molto grande, ma ciò che mi ha colpito è stata la professionalità e le competenze del personale, in particolare della commessa Valentina che ci ha assistito, la quale ha saputo ben consigliare me e mia madre nelle nostre scelte, supportandole con adeguate spiegazioni tecniche per tutti i nostri dubbi. Incontrare persone che svolgono con dedizione il proprio lavoro è sempre più raro e quando le incontri è un vero piacere, soprattutto se sono anche competenti, cordiali, educate, gentili e professionali. Sicuramente ci ritornerò, anche perché sono certa di poter essere ben consigliata nelle scelte di prodotti cosmetici più appropriati al mio tipo di pelle e di ricevere le giuste spiegazioni circa la loro scelta.
Well-assorted and very large perfumery, but what struck me was the professionalism and skills of the staff, in particular the saleswoman Valentina who assisted us, who was able to advise my mother and me in our choices, supporting them with adequate technical explanations for all our doubts. Meeting people who carry out their work with dedication is increasingly rare and when you meet them it is a real pleasure, especially if they are also competent, friendly, polite, kind and professional. I will certainly return there, also because I am sure I can be well advised in the choice of cosmetic products most appropriate to my skin type and to receive the right explanations about their choice.
