e	elena defrancisci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ieri nel punto vendita di Taormina premetto non c’era nessuno in negozio solo due addette alla vendita ; non avevo in mente un’idea precisa ma avendo visto che c’era lo sconto del 20 su un minimo di 69 € ho chiesto se fosse applicabile anche ad un particolare brand mi è stato risposto di sì con arroganza e sufficienza . Guardavo i profumi e più di una volta ho notato che le commesse parlavano tra di loro guardando me è la mia amica che sentivamo delle fragranze ; forse le avevamo disturbate entrando in negozio; avendo espresso con la mia amica un giudizio su un prodotto , senza nemmeno rivolgermi alla commessa , questa mi risponde con scortesia che mi sbagliavo , senza peraltro essere interpellata facendomi intendere, con saccenza che era migliore un prodotto rispetto a un altro, argomentando peraltro con frasi inutili e senza senso . La mia amica decide di comprare e di certo non nascondo la mia disapprovazione davanti alle commesse, scortesi , saccenti e stizzite . Non consiglio assolutamente il punto vendita e di sicuro non mi vedranno più . Avevo già acquistato da loro quando c’erano i titolari e sono stata trattata benissimo. Come distruggere la fama di una profumeria storica Investire sul personale è fondamentale . Umiltà cortesia e preparazione sono fondamentali in un addetto alle vendite . Spero che ethos prenda dei provvedimenti su queste persone che non sanno come trattare i clienti I was yesterday in the point of sale of Taormina, there was nobody in the shop just two sales people; I did not have a precise idea in mind but having seen that there was a discount of 20 on a minimum of 69 € I asked if it was applicable to a particular brand I was answered yes with arrogance and sufficiency. Mediocre sulla vendita di prodotti sul territorio Nazionale e Estero, in particolare con i clienti (io personalmente da oltre tre anni) che nella spedizione di prodotti subisce un furto (pacco arrivato vuoto a destinazione). Veramente DISPIACIUTO !!! Perfumes "Acqua di Taormina" and "Petra Lavica" Excellent and worth trying. Mediocre on the sale of products on the national territory and abroad, in particular with customers (I personally for over three years) who in the shipment of products suffers a theft (package arrived empty at destination). La ragazza che mi ha venduto il prodotto era nervosa e ostile.. non sorrideva e ci rispondeva male per qualsiasi domanda facevamo...ci dispiace dirlo ma la sua poca professionalità ha sbagliato consignare i prodotti che noi abbiamo scelto con cura. Rientrando a casa dalle vacanze ho scoperto che ci hanno dato altri prodotti che noi non abbiamo scelto. Io ho trovato gel corpo per donna al posto del dopo barba. E la mia amica un profumo per uomo al posto del profumo scelto per lei. Muniti di scontrini fiscali abbiamo contattato la profumeria... indovinate cosa ci hanno detto .. NON..MA NON E POSSIBILE NON SIAMO NOI. Robba da matti. Mai visto o sentito una facenda simile. Comunque non raccomandiamo questa profumeria per la mala gestion del rapporto con il cliente sia al telefono che nel negozio. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. They were gossiping about me and my friend not knowing we understood them, we were not allowed to swatch makeup and they were standing very close to us while we were looking at the products (afraid we would steal..?). I dont understand how they ever sell anything like this..
