Siamo entrati non saluta, parla raccontando le sue esperienze in America senza dar conto ai clienti alla nostra domanda: scusi un'informazione ci ja zittiti dicendo sto parlando e ha continuato a parlare come se fossimo dei fantasmi. Mi domando quando chiude la sua attivita dato che è una persona così poco professionale non ci comprerei nemmeno un anellino da questo grandissimo Maleducato. A	Alessia Fracasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La professionalità non e sicuramente il suo forte, dato che non c'é da avere una laurea in materia per dirle che quando un cliente entra nel suo negozio il minimo che possa fare quando e al telefono e: 1 o far attendere il cliente e poi servirlo nel migliore dei modi se si tratta di una telefonata importante ovviamente, 2 oppure chiudere la telefonata come da prassi si dovrebbe fare quando si fa un lavoro aperto al pubblico e ascoltare un eventuale esigenza da parte di un cliente. Ma la cosa piu sbagliata che nel suo settore lei possa fare e sicuramente continuare a parlare al telefono e contemporaneamente far finta di ascoltare un cliente liquidandolo facendo finta di non poterlo assecondare alle sue richieste. Sono un turista che fa il suo mestiere da 12 anni, e quando vedo gente lavorare alla sua maniera, l'unica cosa che posso fare e sicuramente farle notare come evitare determinati atteggiamenti poiché oltre ad influire negativamente sulla sua attività, tende a dare sicuramente un immagine sbagliata di chi invece a differenza sua cerca ogni giorno di esibirie al meglio la sua professionalità coccolando il cliente come giusto che merita. Professionalism is definitely not her forte, since you don't have to have a degree in the subject to tell her that when a customer enters your shop the least she can do when she is on the phone is: 1 or make the customer wait and then serve him in the best possible way if it is an important phone call of course, 2 or close the phone call as per practice should be done when doing a job open to the public and listen to any need from a customer. b	billy matharu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very aware of this place .They take your money and sell you faulty jewellery.In my case it was a Masarati wrist watch for Euros 500.00 took it in good faith as it was boxed ,on getting home found out it doesn't work.Its on a 2 year guarantee which the shop will not honour as they know im out of Italy.The old fart from the shop told me to take a hike when I confronted him on a telephone call.So please keep away from this shop .
M	Maarten Plug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mann who helped us was an utter pillock. Not nice, arrogant as well. Had an annoying tone towards my girlfriend who wanted to try on a ring. Was cursing in italian ( one of the less things i can understand) and was frowning as well. Total unpleasant experience.
