Никто с продавцов не подошёл и не предложил помощь, когда обратилась сама к ним- ответ был такой что хотелось просто выйти из магазина, но я купила парфюм, так как я турист и не знаю города. Благодаря продавцам - магазин не рекомендую, обслуживание надеюсь есть намного лучше. It was the first time in this store in the center of Mantova. I have never experienced such terrible service anywhere. The sales people are very unfriendly and rude. No one from the sellers came up and offered help when I turned to them myself - the answer was such that I just wanted to leave the store, but I bought a perfume, since I am a tourist and do not know the city. Thanks to the sellers - I do not recommend the store, I hope there is a lot better service.

Comunicato dell’errore alla dipendente, mi ha liquidato dicendomi che il profumo non fosse più disponibile. Considerando che l’errore non è dipeso da me mi sarei aspettata un trattamento migliore e un rimborso, in quanto cliente fidelizzata. È stata una scorrettezza. Bad experience !! The saleswoman gave me a perfume that was not what I was looking for, making sure that it was the one required inside. When she communicated the error to the employee, she liquidated me by telling me that the perfume was no longer available. Considering that the mistake did not depend on me, I would have expected better treatment and a refund, as a loyal customer. It was an unfairness.

Lo shopping deve essere una coccola che qui le commesse non sanno cosa sia. Ho chiesto un fondotinta per la mia pelle olivastra e le opzioni sono state 0 per la commessa...nessuna ricerca del prodotto...nessun desiderio di trovare una soluzione...nulla. Liquidata in poco dopo aver comprato 2 prodotti che conoscevo meglio io delle signore che ci lavorano.... Bad experience as always .... Every time I enter it I realize that my money was badly spent. Shopping must be a pampering that here the shop assistants don't know what it is. I asked for a foundation for my olive skin and the options were 0 for the saleswoman ... no product research ... no desire to find a solution ... nothing. Liquidated shortly after buying 2 products that I knew better than the ladies who work there ....
