Sono stata nel negozio a comprare una sciarpa e la commessa/proprietaria me ne aveva consigliata una che sembrava lasciasse i pilluccheri. Allora, avendola presa anche lei per sè, le ho chiesto se aveva riscontrato tale problema e mi aveva risposto di no. Andando a casa il giorno dopo l'ho tenuta durante la giornata e mi ha lasciato la giacca piena di pilluccheri, al che le ho scritto. Sono stata piacevolmente stupita dalla professionalità dimostrata, nella risposta cordiale e il rimborso tempestivo. I negozi che sanno distinguersi per tale servizio dimostrano di essere un passo avanti.Devo dire che non me l'aspettavo. Complimenti, consigliato!
This review is for the professionalism shown. I went to the shop to buy a scarf and the saleswoman / owner recommended one that looked like it left the pills. Then, having also taken it for herself, I asked her if she had encountered this problem and she replied no. On my way home the next day, I kept it during the day and left my jacket full of pills, to which I wrote to her. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism shown, in the cordial response and the prompt refund. The shops that know how to stand out for this service prove to be a step forward, I must say that I did not expect it. Congratulations, recommended!
