★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono da anni una cliente de “La Gardenia” e devo dire che in ogni punto vendita il personale è sempre molto disponibile, educato e non pressante, il che permette di rilassarsi e cercare con calma ciò che ci occorre senza sentire la pressione della vendita che deve essere conclusa a tutti i costi e che a mio parere, fa spesso scappare il cliente ed è tutto fuorché rilassante.
In questo punto vendita ho trovato due commesse carinissime, molto professionali, simpatiche. In particolare una di loro mi ha aiutata a trovare ciò che cercavo e ho amato i campioni delle creme che ho provato e amato e che comprerò sicuramente!
For years I have been a customer of "La Gardenia" and I must say that in every store the staff is always very helpful, polite and not pressing, which allows you to relax and calmly search for what we need without feeling the pressure of the sale that it must be concluded at all costs and which, in my opinion, often makes the customer run away and is anything but relaxing.
In this store I found two cute, very professional, nice orders. In particular, one of them helped me find what I was looking for and I loved the samples of the creams that I tried and loved and that I will definitely buy!
