"M", a member of staff, provided excellent knowledge and service of the product lines, and went out of her way to guarantee the best possible experience. I thanked her for the great service in the boutique, but wanted others to know of this, too.

β β β β β Perfumes are beautiful, but the sales assistant made me feel very unwanted. Only let me try/smell 5 perfumes saying that was it, and in general was very arrogant and unpleasant to work with.
I heard many good things about this store and planned to spent a lot of money there, but now I guess will bring my business to someone else, seeing how this particular shop isnβt interested to get paying customers.
