★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limoni a Roma Est ...pessimo... Pessimo personale che fa aspettare tanto il cliente in negozio stando al telefono e chiacchierando con amici. Danno campioni di prodotti solo a chi vogliono loro nonostante si spenda più di cento euro. Non lo consiglio a nessuno.
 Lemons in Eastern Rome ... bad ... Bad staff that keeps the customer waiting in the shop for a long time by being on the phone and chatting with friends. They give samples of products only to those who want them despite spending more than a hundred euros. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una dipendente troppo insistente, probabilmente non ha ancora capito che più spinge nel voler vendere per forza meno venderà. Prezzi nella norma, simili ad altri negozi dello stesso settore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, sono entrata diverse volte ma oggi ero intenzionata a comprare un prodotto abbastanza costoso, peccato che il personale fosse troppo impegnato a chiacchierare e ridere col ragazzo della sicurezza, non calcolandomi pur avendomi vista, stando dietro di loro. Il negozio era deserto, solo io e loro e stavano tutti lì ammucchiati senza possibilità di essere assistita.. me ne sono andata, comprerò altrove, non ho mai trovato in una profumeria limoni una situazione simile! Di sabato pomeriggio in cui dovrebbe esserci tanta gente e tanta attenzione poi!
Very bad, I went several times but today I was determined to buy a fairly expensive product, shame the staff was too busy chatting and laughing with the security guy, not calcolandomi spite of having seen, standing behind them. The shop was deserted, just me and them and they were all piled up there without the possibility of being assisted .. I left, I'll buy somewhere else, I've never found a similar situation in a lemon perfume shop! On Saturday afternoon when there should be so many people and so much attention then!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato in questa profumeria per acquistare un dopo barba. Uso solitamente prodotti Collistar. Il prodotto che di solito uso non era presente e ho visto un dopo barba sul ripiano superiore di Biotherm. Vedo il prezzo di 18 Euro e non conoscendo la marca ho pensato di prenderlo. Alla cassa invece e' passato con il prezzo di 46 Euro. Probabilmente il prodotto era stato spostato e magari non mi sarò soffermato a leggere bene a cosa quel prezzo si riferisse. Avrei potuto anche restituire il prodotto ma non l'ho fatto. Certo è che sarebbe gradita una maggiore attenzione da parte del personale di questi negozi che vendono giustamente a caro prezzo la merce che sarà anche di buona qualità ma che al cliente offrono davvero un pessimo servizio. Penso che tra tutte le catene di profumerie questa sia una delle piu' scadenti. Ovviamente non ci metterò più piede.
I went into this perfume shop to buy an aftershave. I usually use Collistar products. The product I usually use was not present and I saw an aftershave on the top shelf of Biotherm. I see the price of 18 euros and not knowing the brand I thought I'd take it. At the cash desk, however, he went with the price of 46 Euros. Probably the product had been moved and maybe I won't have paused to read what that price was referring to. I could also have returned the product but I didn't. What is certain is that greater attention from the staff of these shops would be appreciated, which rightly sell at a high price the goods that will also be of good quality but that offer the customer a really bad service. I think of all the perfume chains this is one of the poorest. Obviously I won't set foot there again.
