★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei parenti mi hanno regalato una borsa di Valentino venerdì 14 settembre, l’ho indossata sabato 15 e domenica 16. Lunedì 17 mattina, uscendo di casa mi è caduta per terra, mi sono accorta che non è stata cucita dove aveva la tracolla. Il pomeriggio l’abbiamo riportata al negozio con cartellino e la busta (sia del negozio che di Valentino), non avevamo più lo scontrino, ma con l’estratto conto della carta con cui abbiamo pagato. Non l’hanno voluta cambiare nonostante io abbia dato la prova che era durata 2 giorni!!! Insomma sono dovuta andare da un calzolaio.
Difetto di fabbrica, ma il buon senso assente assolutamente.
Non ci metterò mai più piede.
Relatives gave me a Valentino bag on Friday 14 September, I wore it on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16. Monday 17 morning, when I left the house it fell to the ground, I realized it was not sewn where the shoulder strap was. In the afternoon we brought it back to the shop with the tag and the envelope (both from the shop and from Valentino), we no longer had the receipt, but with the statement of the card with which we paid. They didn't want to change it even though I gave proof that it lasted 2 days !!! In short, I had to go to a shoemaker.
Factory defect, but common sense absolutely absent.
I will never set foot there again.
