Unfortunately nothing special. Always a bit grumpy staff. I do not know why. Although I have it close to home, I prefer to go to the Gran Roma where they treat me much better.

The shop assistants are all very kind, polite, patient and competent. Well stocked clean shop and the shoes are great.

I really enjoyed it. Many models, well-kept shop, there are no salesmen who stick behind you and follow your movements step by step. We had plenty of time to consult and choose.

Non sono un grande intenditore di scarpe ma sono qualche anno che utilizzo questo brand e mi ci trovo davvero bene visto che lavoro tantissime ore in piedi.
Un appunto importante va al personale in questo caso ( io ho avuto modo di rapportarmi per lo più con Alessandro , credo uno dei responsabili ) che mi ha risolto nel giro di pochi giorni un problema con una calzatura difettata in maniera professionale ed amichevole.
Sono stati ai livelli di Amazon e questo è tutto un dire.
Consiglio vivamente come punto vendita
Professionalism, kindness and patience.
I am not a great connoisseur of shoes but I have been using this brand for a few years and I am really happy with it since I work many hours on my feet.
An important note goes to the staff in this case (I have had the opportunity to relate mostly with Alessandro, I think one of the managers) who solved a problem with a defective shoe in a professional and friendly way within a few days.
They've been on par with Amazon and that's a saying.
I highly recommend as a selling point
