Ho ricevuto gli occhiali solo dopo quasi un mese e per il semplice fatto che ho "spronato" il servizio clienti altrimenti starei ancora aspettando. Do due stelle soltanto perché il prodotto è conforme a quanto mi aspettassi, ma la cura del cliente è pressoché nulla. Mai più.
 Non-existent customer service and mileage queues on the phone. I received the glasses only after almost a month and for the simple fact that I have "encouraged" the customer service otherwise I would still be waiting. I give two stars only because the product conforms to what I expected, but the customer care is almost nil. Never again.

Well-stocked shop inside the Rome Est Shopping Center, with highly qualified staff. Prices in the standard, both for lenses and frames. Discounts are often available. The assortment of sunglasses is also adequate.
