La consulenza nel reparto erboristeria è straordinariamente professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, eccezionale per pulizia, accoglienza, capacità di tutte le estetiste. L'ambiente poi ispira coccole per il corpo e per la mente. Stra consigliato.
 My herbalist and beauty center for years, the only one with professionals capable of using the oriental thread for the eyebrows, an experience that I recommend. The advice in the herbal department is extraordinarily professional. Excellent quality / price ratio, exceptional for cleanliness, hospitality, ability of all beauticians. The environment then inspires pampering for the body and mind. Stra recommended.

Sono sempre rimasta soddisfatta dei trattamenti estetici (cedette, epilazione laser, massaggi, pulizia del viso) Ho sempre trovato professionalità e cortesia in tutto il personale sia del negozio sia del centro estetico. L'ambiente è confortevole, elegante e sempre pulito.
I have been a customer for many years. I use creams, perfumes and herbal products, all of excellent quality. I have always been satisfied with the aesthetic treatments (yielded, laser hair removal, massages, facial cleaning) I have always found professionalism and courtesy in all the staff both in the shop and in the beauty center. The environment is comfortable, elegant and always clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente abituale, ma nonostante ciò quando inizia il periodo estivo ( già nel mese di maggio) non ci mettono niente a dirti non c'è posto! Anche per una semplice ceretta all'inguine che dura 15 min. Saranno anche cordiali ma non fanno niente per accontentare il cliente e tenerselo.
I am a regular customer, but despite this when the summer period begins (already in the month of May) they do not take anything to tell you there is no place! Even for a simple groin wax that lasts 15 min. They will also be friendly but do nothing to please and keep the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pultroppo ho fatto l'epilazione con luce pulsata da loro ,lo sconsiglio vivamente non conoscono le controindicazioni non metto una crema protettiva una volta fatto il trattamento e ti voglio fare la seduta anche nel periodo estivo che è controindicato per via del sole non ti dicono che se prendi la pillola non lo puoi fare questo trattamento, se prendi antibiotici non lo puoi fare.Ora sono in cura da un Chirurgo estetico/plastico per rimuovere la macchia che ho sopra le labbro causata da loro inesperienza.
Unfortunately I did the epilation with pulsed light from them, I strongly advise against it they do not know the contraindications I do not put a protective cream once the treatment is done and I want to do the session even in the summer period which is contraindicated because of the sun they do not tell you that if you take the pill you can't do this treatment, if you take antibiotics you can't do it.

Cristina è sempre paziente e gentile, Veronica molto attenta alle mie esigenze è il massimo, come lo sono Michela, Superlativa ♥️ e Veronica Zullo la perfezione assoluta delle unghie.. Metto 4 stelline però, perché purtroppo le migliori vanno via e la cosa mi disorienta e diventa difficile continuare ad avere fiducia con volti sempre nuovi....
I have been coming to this center for many years, the girls are all helpful and professional. Cristina is always patient and kind, Veronica very attentive to my needs is the best, as are Michela, Superlativa ♥ ️ and Veronica Zullo the absolute perfection of the nails .. I put 4 stars though, because unfortunately the best ones go away and it confuses me and it becomes difficult to continue to trust with ever new faces ....

Sa ascoltarmi e consigliarmi sul trattamento più adatto al mio corpo e alle mie esigenze. Alla fine di ogni trattamento con lei mi sento super soddisfatta e non vedo l'ora di ritornare! Anche lato erboristeria Veronica è super disponibile e attenta a soddisfare tutte le mie esigenze. Consiglio assolutamente!
The beauticians are all very good but Rosaria is absolutely MY trusted beautician! She is super qualified and competent and works with great passion and dedication. He knows how to listen to me and advise me on the most suitable treatment for my body and my needs. At the end of each treatment with her I feel super satisfied and can't wait to return! Also on the herbalist's side Veronica is super helpful and careful to satisfy all my needs. Absolutely recommend!
