È palesemente chiaro che nella zona è stata l'unica cooperativa a non fare niente. Alla ricerca di una PEC ufficiale su Google non risulta nessuna Pec. Non capisco come l'associazione di controllo non faccia niente Not very serious cooperative, I too paid the € 10,000 in 2011 and to this day I cannot get my money back after communications through a lawyer. A	Angela Di Vincenzo (Secret Rule) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2012 ho dato 10000 euro (prendendo un prestito tra l'altro) per bloccare un appartamento in zona Morosina firmando un documento "opzione di prenotazione di alloggio" dove era chiaramente scritto che se rinunciavo mi avrebbero restituito i soldi. Dopo pochi mesi la mia vita è cambiata (separazione dal mio compagno) e ho dovuto rinunciare. Era prima dell'estate 2013, mi risposero via email che mi avrebbero dato i soldi a Settembre. A Settembre mi dissero che si rifacevano al loro statuto e che non potevano darmi indietro i soldi perché non li avevano disponibili. Siamo nel 2020, hanno ricominciato da poco ad andare avanti con i lavori ma ancora nessuna comunicazione. Premetto che per non ridarmi i soldi mi considerano socio della cooperativa, per fare comunicazioni, ecc, come anche la ripresa dei lavori, sono completamente spariti. È davvero una vergogna e lo Stato non ci tutela affatto. Doppia vergogna. Rivoglio i miei soldi che mi guadagno con fatica, a differenza vostra probabilmente. I state that in order not to give me back the money, they consider me a member of the cooperative, to make communications, etc., as well as the resumption of work, have completely disappeared.
