Se anche la legge consente fino al 10 ottobre prossimo a questi operatori di non vaccinarsi, io credo che il buon senso e il rispetto dei diritti delle persone avrebbe imposto alla Cooperativa Sociale San Saturnino Onlus di informare sulla condizione di rischio a cui mia madre e la mia famiglia eravamo esposti e di lasciarci esercitare il diritto di non far entrare dentro la nostra casa persone non sicure. La condizione di bisogno di assistenza non può trasformarsi nel ricatto di dover accettare chiunque e di non avere l'opzione di rigettare persone non sicure.
The cooperative sent unvaccinated and Greenpass-free staff to the homes of elderly patients. An operator fell ill with COVID and infected my 92-year-old mother. Even if the law allows these operators not to get vaccinated until 10 October next, I believe that common sense and respect for people's rights would have required the San Saturnino Onlus Social Cooperative to inform about the risk condition to which my mother and her my family we were exposed and to let us exercise the right not to let unsafe people into our house. The condition of needing assistance cannot turn into the blackmail of having to accept anyone and not having the option of rejecting unsafe people.
