Una sola stella è per il personale molto poco cordiale, mentre ascoltavano le mie ordinazioni parlavano tra di loro e non prestavano attenzione. Perdono facilmente la pazienza con il cliente. Inoltre sbagliano facilmente il conto, infatti mi hanno conteggiato una crescia in più mai ordinata ed ho dovuto fare un'altra discussione per farmi restituire il denaro. Stessa cosa è successo ad una signora prima di me. Prestate attenzione al Vostro personale.Risposta al proprietario: caro signore... I 40 gradi e il lavoro non giustifica il comportamento dei suoi dipendenti, inoltre ho avuto, non solo io, la netta sensazione che l'errore commesso della crescia pagata in più era stato da loro notato senza dire nulla. Poi ricordo bene come mi sono difeso. Io non sono una persona che porge l'atra guancia io alla maleducazione rispondo con la stessa moneta. Il primo a dare segni di insofferenza e maleducazione è stato proprio il suo dipendente. I ate at this street food about a week ago. Due crescie e una coca cola per 16,50€. I prodotti erano buoni e di qualità, tipici dell'Umbria. Anche a distanza, avendo ricevuto i suoi prodotti, (buonissimo il formaggio con le pere) abbiamo avuto conferma della sua professionalità. Grazie Generale e a presto.
