★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furbissimi: mi hanno rifilato una cartuccia della loro marca a 25€, dicendomi che era versione XL ma 1) una volta aperta no visto che non era XL 2) la cartuccia originale mi è costata 16€. Mai più.
Very clever: they gave me a cartridge of their brand for € 25, telling me it was the XL version but 1) once opened it was not XL 2) the original cartridge cost me € 16. Never again.

Io ho avuto un grosso problema con una stampante Brother e Maurizio mi ha aiutato in tutto per tutto è stato davvero molto molto gentile. Lo dico sempre... Il grosso difetto dell'e-commerce è la perdita di questi professionisti
A shop of true professionals. Maurizio and his son Federico (finally a young boy who wants to work !!) look after and pamper their customers.
