Recandomi nel negozio Princess calzature ho potuto spiegare al proprietario le mie esigenze e quello che volevo, e con la sua ottima professionalità si è messo di impegno per esaudire i miei desideri. Dopo 10 giorni mi ha ricontattato dicendo che aveva trovato quel paio di stivali adatto a me. ottima professionalità e una bontà disumana. sono rimasta molto contenta dalla grande disponibilità e qualità del personale e del negozio. Mi sono recata in questo negozio, dove tra l’altro ho già comprato diverse volte, per cambiare un paio di scarpe acquistate dieci giorni fa, provate a casa non mi sono piaciute, ho chiesto gentilmente al signore (se così si può chiamare) se potevo appunto cambiarle, mi ha risposto che dovevo imparare a stare al mondo, che non ci si comporta così e che dovevo cambiarle entro due guorni, dopodiché ha preso il mio sacchetto e l’ha buttato fuori dalla porta (davanti ad altri clienti presenti) dicendomi di andarmene e imparare a comportarmi, io e la mia amica siamo rimaste letteralmente senza parole! Come è possibile che una tale persona lavori a contatto con il pubblico e si permetta di umiliare così una ragazza, non ho parole. Sconsiglio assolutamente, a Bologna ci sono altrettanti negozi con belle scarpe e personale gentile. I'm shocked.
