Ho chiesto se più avanti avrebbero avuto più scelta e la signora mi ha risposto assai sgarbatamente dicendo "le ho già trovato tre paia di scarpe: mi sembrano abbastanza!"
Delusa in quanto l'altra volta ero stata servita estremamente gentilmente (dalla collega più giovane)
 Disappointed from the last visit.
I asked if later they would have more choice and the lady replied very rudely saying "I have already found three pairs of shoes: they seem enough!"
Disappointed as last time I was served extremely kindly (by the youngest colleague)

Troverete un' ampia scelta di calzature, tutte di ottima fattura, con prezzi competitivi, i commessi e la proprietaria sono estremamente gentili, cortesi, sempre sorridenti e molto professionali, fanno il possibile affinché il cliente esca dal negozio soddisfatto e felice. Aggiungerei che sono tutti aspetti non da sottovalutare e spesso difficili da reperire, per cui lo consiglio vivamente e fidatevi ne varrà la pena!
I have been using it for several years at the Orsi footwear shop and I can promptly confirm that I am not disappointed. You will find a wide selection of shoes, all of excellent workmanship, with competitive prices, the shop assistants and the owner are extremely kind, courteous, always smiling and very professional, they do everything possible to ensure that the customer leaves the shop satisfied and happy. I would add that they are all aspects not to be underestimated and often difficult to find, so I highly recommend it and trust me it will be worth it!

Anche le pantofole da donna di marca Grunland sono eccezionali per chi ha problemi di arco plantare. Servizio molto gentile da parte della commessa.
Peccato per il Green Pass. Speriamo che questa follia finisca!
Nice shop, nice shoes, belts and the sheepskin slippers are wonderful.
Grunland brand women's slippers are also great for those with arch problems. Very kind service from the saleswoman.
Too bad about the Green Pass. Let's hope this madness ends!
