Sono stata a Rieti di passaggio, purtroppo a causa di un imprevisto mi sono trovata a dover comprare un paio di scarpe a mio figlio di 4 anni, nervosissimo in virtù dell'accaduto. La titolare e la commessa del negozio hanno gestito la situazione in maniera etstremamente efficente dedicandoci tutte le attenzioni del caso, nonostante noi non fossimo dei loro clienti abituali. I would like to underline the courtesy, kindness, availability, professionalism and skills of the staff of this store. I was in Rieti passing by, unfortunately due to an unexpected event I found myself having to buy a pair of shoes from my 4-year-old son, who was very nervous due to what happened. The owner and the shop assistant managed the situation in an extremely efficient manner, dedicating all the attention to it, although we were not their regular customers.
