Si parcheggia l'auto in Val Sozzine (m.1350 ) nel comune di Ponte di Legno (Bs). Si prende una strada sterrata (segnavia 42/44) prima piana per poi inerpicarsi sempre più tra il bosco. Dopo poco la fine del bosco (m.1950) si vede una chiusa dell'Enel e sempre proseguendo si raggiunge la prima cascata del Narcanello. Fino qui l'escursione è facile (circa ore 2 da Val Sozzine). Chi vuole può proseguire per vedere la seconda cascata; però da escursione facile diventa più scomoda quindi si consiglia di fermarsi alla prima cascata ove c'è la possibilità di stare comodi ed ammirare il meraviglioso spettacolo offerto. La salita alla seconda cascata è consigliato per chi vuole raggiungere la Vedretta del Pisgana. Questa escursione è da farsi nel periodo luglio/inizio settembre. (dal sito montagne camune)

You park your car in Val Sozzine (m.1350) in the municipality of Ponte di Legno (Bs). Take a dirt road (trail sign 42/44) first level and then climb more and more through the woods. After a short time the end of the forest (1950 m) you can see an Enel lock and always continuing you reach the first Narcanello waterfall. Up to here the excursion is easy (about 2 hours from Val Sozzine). Anyone who wants to can continue to see the second waterfall; however, from an easy excursion it becomes more uncomfortable so it is advisable to stop at the first waterfall where there is the possibility of being comfortable and admiring the wonderful spectacle offered. The climb to the second waterfall is recommended for those who want to reach the Vedgetta del Pisgana. This excursion is to be done in the period July / beginning of September. Suggerisco di raggiungere il laghetto Pisgana situaato sotto l'omonima cima e formatosi da poco a causa del ritirarsi del ghiacciaio, ora appena soprastante.
La fatica della salita viene ripagata dalla bellezza dei luoghi che ammiri.
It is a suggestive and particular place.
I suggest reaching the Pisgana lake located under the peak of the same name and recently formed due to the retreat of the glacier, now just above it.
The effort of the climb is rewarded by the beauty of the places you admire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lungo il sentiero 42, che parte in fondo alla Val Sozzine, si arriva alle cascate. Il sentiero non è difficile ma impegnativo.
Spettacolo assicurato.
Along the path 42, which starts at the bottom of the Val Sozzine, you reach the waterfalls. The path is not difficult but challenging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partenza val sozzine ,sentiero abbastanza faticoso . Superato il bosco inizia la salita molto impegnativa, non è adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli.
Non siamo arrivati fino alla prima cascata perché il sentiero di pietre era sommerso dall acqua...
Prima di arrivare alle cascate c'e uno spiazzo con un tavolo per il picnic .
Non sono d'accordo con le recensioni in quanto secondo noi il sentiero è impegnativo e pericoloso nel scendere.
Departure from val sozzine, a fairly tiring path. After the wood begins the very demanding climb, it is not suitable for families with small children.
We didn't get to the first waterfall because the stone path was submerged by water ...
Before arriving at the falls there is a clearing with a picnic table.
I disagree with the reviews as we believe the trail is challenging and dangerous to descend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima passeggiata con una discreta pendenza, occorrono scarpe da montagna perché spesso ci sono tratti del sentiero dove scorre acqua e il fondo è sassoso. Arrivati alla cascata consiglio di proseguire sul sentiero che si inerpica sulle rocce a sinistra della cascata, con tratti attrezzati per ferrata ma non difficili. Il paesaggio si apre ulteriormente e si apprezza ancora di più la cascata e la vallata.
Beautiful walk with a decent slope, mountain shoes are needed because there are often sections of the path where water flows and the bottom is stony. Once at the waterfall, I recommend continuing on the path that climbs up the rocks to the left of the waterfall, with sections equipped for via ferrata but not difficult. The landscape opens up further and you can appreciate even more the waterfall and the valley.

Easy to reach, in about 1 hour and a half. Wild valley in the company of the sound of water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto sul sentiero "42" con partenza da Ponte di Legno, località Sozzine.
Il percorso inizia su strada sterrata con il primo tratto all'interno del bosco, e man mano che si sale si trasforma in strada su massi (consigliato lasciare l'automobile a Sozzine).
Per un tratto si può accorciare il tragitto tramite un sentiero nel bosco, aumenta la pendenza ma si è coperti dal sole.
Dopo la prima ora di risalita la strada finisce e continua un semplice sentiero, dal fondo pietroso.
Appena prima delle cascate inferiori (quota 2000) si trova un piccolo laghetto, molto piacevole per fermarsi e riposare; da questa posizione è possibile ammirare entrambe le cascate.
Dal laghetto si continua a salire, percorso più difficile del primo tratto ma non impossibile, e si raggiungono le cascate
Located on the path "42" starting from Ponte di Legno, Sozzine locality.
The route starts on a dirt road with the first stretch inside the wood, and as you go up it turns into a road on boulders (we recommend leaving the car in Sozzine).
For a while you can shorten the journey via a path in the woods, the slope increases but you are covered by the sun.
After the first hour of ascent the road ends and a simple path continues, with a stony bottom.
Just before the lower falls (altitude 2000) there is a small lake, very pleasant to stop and rest; from this position it is possible to admire both falls.
From the lake you continue to climb, a more difficult path than the first stretch but not impossible, and you reach the waterfalls
