★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Percorso immerso nel parco dello Stelvio che segue il tracciato di una mulattiera militare della grande guerra, dove in molti punti sembra sia stata costruita ieri...luogo caratterizzato dagli aspri ma affascinanti paesaggi di alta montagna, dove anche gli incontri con la flora e la fauna sono sempre costanti!!!
Path immersed in the Stelvio park which follows the route of a military mule of the great war, where in many points it seems to have been built yesterday ... place characterized by the harsh but fascinating high mountain landscapes, where also the encounters with the flora and the fauna are always constant !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto panoramico ricco di reperti della prima guerra mondiale punto di collegamento tra due bellissime valli la valle delle Messi e la Val di Viso che fanno parte del parco nazionale dello Stelvio. Qui sono presenti bellissime cime e laghi frequentati da Camosci Stambecchi e Cervi oltre alle Marmotte e altri animali che vivono in montagna frequentate nel periodo estivo da tanti appassionati di montagna.
Viewpoint rich in finds from the First World War, point of connection between two beautiful valleys, the Messi valley and the Val di Viso, which are part of the Stelvio national park. Here there are beautiful peaks and lakes frequented by Camosci Stambecchi and Cervi as well as Marmots and other animals that live in the mountains frequented by many mountain lovers during the summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emozionante escursione sulle mulattiere e i sentieri della grande guerra, faticosamente ricavati sulle pendici e i crinali delle Alpi lombarde. Il panorama è bellissimo, con la vista sulle cime che accompagna per quasi tutto il percorso.
Exciting excursion on the mule tracks and the paths of the great war, painstakingly carved on the slopes and ridges of the Lombard Alps. The panorama is beautiful, with the view of the peaks that accompanies almost the entire route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of my favorite hikes near Ponte di Legno. The view ranges from the Cevedale range to the north to the Presanella and Adamello group to the east and south. Also, along the way, it is possible to explore extremely well preserved remnants of WWI installations. Indeed, the trail that reaches the pass from the south side still uses a causeway built by the Italian army with local stone that has stood for more than a century!
