★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo incantevole , passeggiata facile da fare anche con bambini partendo da Pejo , si possono fare anche grigliate visto che hanno un posto attrezzato con tutto, veramente posto bellissimo in mezzo alle montagne, consiglio di andarci!!!
 Enchanting place, easy walk to do even with children starting from Pejo, you can also have barbecues as they have a place equipped with everything, really beautiful place in the mountains, I recommend going there !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laghetto molto piccolo, ma immerso in uno splendido paesaggio. A pochi passi meritano le cascate Covel.
Very small lake, but immersed in a beautiful landscape. The Covel waterfalls deserve a few steps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splendido e tranquillo laghetto dai magnifici riflessi. Passate Peio Fonti e sulla destra troverete la strada che sale a Peio Paese. La strada è stretta nel tratto terminale. Arrivati nel villaggio con un po' si fortuna troverete parcheggio nell'area dedicata. Camminate fino alla chiesa di San Rocco. Da lì parte una strada in salita verso il lago Covel. Abbastanza ripida. Potrebbe essere impegnativa per anziani e persone con bambini piccoli. Seguite le indicazioni per il lago. A poca distanza anche una splendida cascata. Considerate almeno 45 min-1 h di cammino. Vicino area attrezzata per picnic con barbecue.
Beautiful and peaceful pond with magnificent reflections. Pass Peio Fonti and on the right you will find the road that goes up to Peio Paese. The road is narrow at the end. Once in the village with a little luck you will find parking in the dedicated area. Walk up to the church of San Rocco. From there starts an uphill road towards Lake Covel. Quite steep. It could be challenging for seniors and people with young children. Follow the signs for the lake. A beautiful waterfall is also not far away. Allow at least 45 min-1 h of walking. Nearby picnic area with barbecue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lago a pochi km da peio, adatto per chi vuole passare una mattinata nella natura.
Ci sono due strade per raggiungerlo, dopo aver parcheggiato la macchina: una più pianeggiante e una più ripida.
Sconsiglio si andarci con un passeggino da città. Noi avevamo lo zaino porta bimbi e abbiamo fatto molto bene, magari con un passeggino da trakking con i freni e più resistente si può fare.
Il lago è piccolino ma è molto scenico perché si specchia la montagna inoltre ci sono due cascate carine nelle vicinanze.
Durante il percorso si possono trovare mucche libere e sono presenti tre casette (malghe) carine dove fare foto.
Consigliato.
Lake a few km from peio, suitable for those who want to spend a morning in nature.
There are two ways to reach it, after having parked the car: a flatter one and a steeper one.
I do not recommend going there with a city stroller. We had a baby carrier backpack and we did very well, perhaps with a trekking stroller with brakes and more resistant you can do.
The lake is small but it is very scenic because it reflects the mountain and there are two nice waterfalls nearby.
Along the way you can find free cows and there are three cute little houses (malghe) where you can take pictures.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lago un po' deludente, più uno stagno che un lago, ma la cascata vicina è molto bella con una portata d'acqua abbondante nonostante il periodo estivo. Percorso faticoso dovuto alla discesa/salita per arrivare al rifugio scoiattolo, ma per la cascata ne vale la pena.
A little disappointing lake, more a pond than a lake, but the nearby waterfall is very beautiful with an abundant water flow despite the summer period. Tiring path due to the descent / ascent to get to the squirrel refuge, but for the waterfall it is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo piccolo laghetto alpino, a 50 minuti a piedi da Peio Paese.
La parte finale del sentiero si sviluppa nel bosco e nella piana di Covel, ed è davvero splendido!
Beautiful small alpine lake, 50 minutes walk from Peio Paese.
