Ahimè ho acquistato una vettura di seconda mano che, dopo soli 3 mesi, ha iniziato a darmi un sacco di problemi; ovviamente portata e riportata da Prezioso senza mai avermi risolto i problemi che riscontravo e in più, nonostante la garanzia, ho dovuto pure pagare!!
Ci sono state anche promesse fatte dal titolare, Giuseppe Prezioso, ma mai mantenute; per non parlare dell'auto sostitutiva che ti dicono di darti e poi invece ti lasciano a piedi dicendo che l'auto non è disponibile!!!! Inoltre, il titolare, mi ha "regalato" 4 gomme invernali che però erano solo da buttare via poiché erano tutte CREPATE!! MAI PIU'!!
Peccato perché lo staff è gentile!

Alas I bought a second hand car which, after only 3 months, started giving me a lot of problems; obviously brought and reported by Prezioso without ever having solved the problems I encountered and in addition, despite the guarantee, I also had to pay !!
There were also promises made by the owner, Giuseppe Prezioso, but never kept; not to mention the replacement car that they tell you to give you and then instead they leave you on foot saying that the car is not available !!!! In addition, the owner "gave me" 4 winter tires but they were only to be thrown away because they were all CRACKED !! NEVER AGAIN'!!
Too bad because the staff is nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un anno fa ho acquistato un’auto da questo rivenditore.
L’esperienza è stata nel complesso positiva.
Tra gli aspetti che più ho apprezzato è stato in primo luogo lo stato della vettura anche in rapporto al prezzo pagato; bene anche la cortesia, in particolare dell’addetto alle vendite (che attualmente non vi lavora più) che ha prontamente cercato di riparare alcuni segni sulla carrozzeria che erano sfuggiti al loro controllo e col quale abbiamo festeggiato l’acquisto con uno scambio di bottiglie.
Non ho invece apprezzato alcuni aspetti, tra questi l’impossibilità di avere per iscritto la garanzia di un anno da parte della Casa o le barre portapacchi, promesse ma mai ricevute.
Un po’ di perplessità sulla precisione dell’annuncio dove si parlava di sedili posteriori sdoppiabili (che non ci sono, come aveva comunque rettificato il venditore ad una domanda diretta) e per il secondo treno di ruote (invernali) concordato e fornito con un’ampia scelta di cerchioni originali e pneumatici di discreta qualità ma privi dei sensori che, obbligatori per legge a quanto mi risulta, il rivenditore non ha montato anche se mi ero proposto di fornirli a mie spese.
A year ago I bought a car from this dealer.
The experience was overall positive.
Among the aspects that I appreciated the most was the condition of the car, also in relation to the price paid; also good courtesy, in particular of the sales clerk (who currently no longer works there) who promptly tried to repair some signs on the bodywork that had escaped their control and with whom we celebrated the purchase with an exchange of bottles.
However, I did not appreciate some aspects, including the impossibility of having the manufacturer's one-year warranty in writing or the roof racks, promised but never received.
A bit of perplexity about the accuracy of the announcement where there was talk of splitting rear seats (which are not there, as the seller had corrected a direct question) and for the second set of wheels (winter) agreed and supplied with a ' wide choice of original rims and tires of good quality but without the sensors which, as far as I know, the dealer did not fit them, even though I had proposed to supply them at my expense.
