★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamento alle 15, ricevuto alle 15:20 e sono andato via alle 15:33 dopo trattativa sul piazzale tramite cellulare da un sito germanico senza sapere niente del mio vw caravelle. Ero li con mio figlio che cammina con le stampelle x eventuale acquisto di un mezzo nuovo automatico. Siamo rimasti in attesa e durante la trattativa in piedi senza neanche vedere un tavolo dove chiedere informazioni. Non siete indispensabili perché ci sono aziende più professionali e gentili.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCONSIGLIO !!!Lo sconsiglio. Venditore che promette ma non mantiene le promesse. Comprato macchina senza tappetini dopo aver espressamente richiesto quelli originali. Dopo due settimane mi vendono quelli provenienti dalla Cina ( decisamente non quelli originali richiesti ). Poco professionalità.
I do not recommend !!! I do not recommend it. Seller who promises but does not keep promises. Bought car without mats after expressly requesting the original ones. After two weeks they sell me the ones from China (definitely not the original ones requested). Little professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi abbiamo ritirato il nostro nuovo California Ocean. A 72 è 70 anni abbiamo ancora voglia di continuare le nostre esperienze di camperisti. Da Tridentum, a 450 km. da casa nostra in provincia di Cuneo, abbiamo trovato quello che che cercavamo. In particolare la gentilezza e professionalità di Gianluca che ci ha accompagnati nella nostra scelta.
Today we picked up our new California Ocean. At 72 and 70 we still want to continue our experiences as campers. From Tridentum, 450 km. from our home in the province of Cuneo, we found what we were looking for. In particular, the kindness and professionalism of Gianluca who accompanied us in our choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tramite Autoscout24 vedo un loro annuncio realitvo ad una Subaru Brz. Mi metto in contatto con loro e fissiamo l'appuntamento per vederla. Il 19 febbraio mi reco alla loro sede. Parco auto molto interessante e ricercato. In mezzo a tutte quelle meraviglie salta subito all'occhio l'auto a cui ero interessato, di uno stupendo colore blu perlato. La osservo scrupolosamente, la provo e la fermo subito.
In quel momento aveva alcune piccolezze da sistemare, ma si sono dimostrati disponobilissimi e trasparenti nel mettere la vettura in ordine al fine di consegnarla in perfette condizioni.
11 aprile mi reco in sede per ritirarla. Accoglienza SPAZIALE. Dalla stazione dei treni di Trento un membro dello staff è venuto a prenderci per portarci in sede, con tanto di giretto turistico per la bellissima Trento. Giusto il tempo di sistemare qualche scartoffia e l'auto mi viene presentata. Lavata e con mezzo pieno per tornare a casa in tranquillità, cosa molto gradita.
Con la loro gentilezza e accoglienza hanno saputo valorizzare un giorno speciale come la consegna della nuova auto.
Ringrazio immensamente tutto lo staff e in particolar modo Ettore che mi ha seguito per tutte le procedure.
5 stelle non bastano.
Through Autoscout24 I see a real ad of theirs for a Subaru Brz. I get in touch with them and we make an appointment to see her. On February 19 I go to their headquarters. Very interesting and sought after car park. In the midst of all those wonders, the car I was interested in immediately catches the eye, in a wonderful pearl blue color. I observe it scrupulously, I try it and stop it immediately.
At that time he had some minor things to fix, but they proved to be extremely helpful and transparent in putting the car in order in order to deliver it in perfect condition.
April 11 I go to the office to collect it. SPATIAL welcome. From the Trento train station, a staff member came to pick us up to take us to the office, complete with a tour around the beautiful city of Trento. Just enough time to fix some paperwork and the car is presented to me. Washed and half full to go home in peace, which is very welcome.
With their kindness and hospitality they were able to enhance a special day such as the delivery of the new car.
I thank all the staff immensely and in particular Ettore who followed me for all the procedures.
5 stars are not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 giorni fa vidi su internet la stupenda Volvo xc40 R-design, contattai e fui subito assistito da Tridentum Auto SRL.
Vi dico solo che io abito a Salerno e sono tanti i chilometri di distanza ma ho avuto un’immediata accoglienza sul darmi info su qualsiasi cosa io chiedessi e mi sono fidato ciecamente. Ho acquistato un’auto senza vederla dal vivo e bonificando l’importo totale alla Tridentum.
Sul contratto c'era scritto che avrei ricevuto la mia auto entro 17 giorni e non oltre, invece è arrivata dopo soli 15 giorni.
Che dire l'auto è stupenda e fortunatamente ancora esistono persone favolose e soprattutto professionali.

15 days ago I saw the wonderful Volvo xc40 R-design on the internet, I contacted and was immediately assisted by Tridentum Auto SRL.
I only tell you that I live in Salerno and there are many kilometers away but I had an immediate welcome to give me info on anything I asked and I trusted blindly. I bought a car without seeing it live and paying the total amount to the Tridentum.
The contract said that I would receive my car within 17 days and no later, but it arrived after only 15 days.
What about the car is wonderful and fortunately there are still fabulous and above all professional people.
