Lo studio propostoci ha fatto emergere idee vincenti che ci hanno portato a dargli piena fiducia. Durante la ristrutturazione sono venuti sul posto a riprendere le misure per essere sicuri che quelle date dall'architetto fossero corrette. Il montaggio della cucina e della zona leaving ci ha soddisfatti pienamente e si sono resi subito disponibili nel caso in un secondo momento ci fossimo accorti di qualche difetto. Li consigliamo vivamente! Dopo aver venduto la cucina, la venditrice si reca in loco per prendere le misure, tra l’altro anche architetto ... comunque dopo aver preso le misure, Prepara il disegno e il contratto della cucina, Fidandomi di lei “firmo il contratto senza leggerlo nei minimi particolari” Dopo lookdown ricevo la cucina, Sorpresa la cucina completamente errata nell’altezza, “più alta di 4 cm”. Benissimo chiamo la venditrice per dei chiarimenti, e mi viene detto che il contratto era stato firmato e che io ho approvato il disegno... ma la cosa più bella è che sul contratto lei aveva inserito, “misure a carico del cliente” al posto di scrivere che le misure le aveva rilevate lei nel sopralluogo... alla fine della storia ho passato un giorno a litigare e discutere per cose assurde arrivando a parlare di vie legali tramite avvocati... io avevo chiesto un servizio completo, ed ero stato molto esplicito” compro la cucina e voglio che tutto sia perfetto “ Adesso mi ritrovo con una cucina tutta da montate che mi occupa tutto il soggiorno e non si sa ancora come andrà a finire... Allego le foto del bellissimo lavoro e soprattutto del bellissimo servizio... SE ACQUISTATE DA SANTI LEGGETE ATTENTAMENTE IL CONTRATTO SOPRATTUTTO LA VOCE “MISURE A CARICO DEL CLIENTE “ I bought a kitchen from them trusting their professionalism and above all with the intention of having a quality service .... They used power tools instead of screwdrivers and stripped all the threads on the assembly bolts so parts like the headboard come lose and I have to refit it again and use screws to hold it together. Never again! Totally incompetent and couldn't care less.
