★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo molto pulito con buona assistenza ambulatoriale. Ottimo anche il presidio della guardia medica. Attivo in mattinata anche il CUP, centro unificato prenotazioni.
 Very clean place with good outpatient care. The guard of the medical guard is also excellent. The CUP is also active in the morning, a unified booking center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovreste solo vergognarvi, ero prenotata per oggi dall'oculista, dopo 7 mesi di attesa, non solo, non sono stata avvisata che il dottore ci sarebbe stato, mi avete riprenotata, tra altri 9 mesi. Se foste stati un pochino, più professionali, mi avreste avvertito in modo che io, avrei potuto prenotarmi, in qualche altra sede. Fate veramente schifo!
You should just be ashamed, I was booked for today by the ophthalmologist, after 7 months of waiting, not only that, I was not advised that the doctor would be there, you rebooked me, in another 9 months. If you had been a little bit more professional, you would have warned me so that I could have booked me somewhere else. You really suck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato questa mattina per fare una pratica amministrativa. All’ingresso dipendenti molto arroganti e già nervosi il lunedì mattina alle ore 8,30. Allo sportello stessa storia impiegata isterica. Mi chiedo ma perchè certa gente non cambia lavoro e va a lavorare in fabbrica alla catena di montaggio, forse avrebbe qualche ragione in più per essere isterica. Esperienza molto negativa.
I was this morning to do an administrative procedure. At the entrance very arrogant and already nervous employees on Monday morning at 8.30. At the counter same story hysterical employee. I wonder why some people don't change jobs and go to work in the factory on the assembly line, maybe they would have some more reason to be hysterical. Very bad experience.

To the patient and empathic and human like few known professionals…. In a place as gray and anonymous as the Valletta garrison, this was not expected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valutazione molto negativa al dottore che ha messo a mia moglie, un cerotto adesivo su una ferita aperta causata da un' ustione di secondo grado. Il giorno dopo che dovuto cambiare la medicazione,mia moglie ha visto le stelle ,perché ovviamente il cerotto si era attaccato alla carne viva. Un semplice farmacista ci ha consigliato delle garze che non si attaccano. ...quelle che avrebbe dovuto usare lui!!!. Non vi dico quante gliele ha mandate mia moglie, mentre le cambiavo la medicazione.... e anche io!!!!
Very negative evaluation to the doctor who put an adhesive plaster on my wife on an open wound caused by a second degree burn. The day after I had to change the dressing, my wife saw the stars, because obviously the patch had stuck to the living flesh. A simple pharmacist recommended gauze that does not stick. ... the ones that he should have used !!!. I won't tell you how many my wife sent them while I was changing her dressing .... and me too !!!!

Sta mattina mi sono recata presso la struttura alle 7:20 per gli esami di laboratorio e della glicemia. Avevo l’appuntamento alle 7:50 ma mi è stato rigorosamente riferito di arrivare quanto meno alle 7:30.
Arrivo in struttura ed il custode mi riferisce di dover aspettare fuori perché nessun operatore era ancora arrivato.
Ho chiesto gentilmente di restare a sedere in un angolo in sala d’attesa perché INCINTA al 7 mese e fuori -1 grado sotto zero. Non avevo neanche dove andare a stare al caldo, perché sprovvista di macchina.
Mi è stato detto di no.
Quando ho notato che il custode in questione aveva fatto restare in sala d’attesa altre persone, ho chiesto spiegazione e mi è stato URLATO CONTRO, oltretutto offendendomi.
Farò un reclamo ufficiale e non metterò mai più piede in struttura.
Questo trattamento non si riserva neanche ad un povero animale.
DA EVITARE!!!!
"WELCOME" inhuman.
This morning I have gone at 7:20 for laboratory tests and blood glucose. I had an appointment at 7:50 but I was strictly told to arrive at least at 7:30.
Arrival at the hotel and the caretaker tells me to wait outside because no operator had yet arrived.
I politely asked to remain seated in a corner in the waiting room because PREGNANT to seven months and out -1 degree Celsius. I had no where to go and stay warm, because without a car.
I was told no.
When I noticed that the guardian in question had to remain in the waiting room other people, I asked explanation and I was yelled at, plus offendendomi.
I will make an official complaint and will never set foot in the hotel.
This treatment does not spare even a poor animal.
AVOID !!!!
