★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre ore in fila per fare un cambio del medico, fila tutti attaccati senza distanza o vie per impedirlo e ciliegina sulla torta 4 persone tornate dall estero in fila quando avevano l obbligo di quarantena, non do la colpa agli operatori della asl ma sistema sanitario italiano da rivedere completamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO SERVIZIO DI CENTRALINO! Chiamare il CUP é impossibile. Segreteria, oppure libero e poi riagganciano. E questo OGNI giorno. Per poter prendere appuntamento, chi dobbiamo conoscere?
POOR SWITCHBOARD SERVICE! Calling the CUP is impossible. Secretariat, or free and then hang up. And this EVERY day. In order to make an appointment, who do we need to know?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situazione imbarazzante,non rispondono alle mail,non c'è modo di contattarli via telefono.Ho preso appuntamento con zerocoda ed è per i primi di Febbraio,il mio medico è andato in pensione il 29 dicembre e siamo in 2 senza curante.Una vergogna.
Embarrassing situation, they do not respond to emails, there is no way to contact them by phone.I made an appointment with zerocoda and it is in early February, my doctor retired on December 29th and we are 2 without a caregiver. .
