Lo studio è molto carino e l'odontoiatra che mi ha accolto, Christian, è stato subito molto cordiale. Come prima cosa mi ha detto dopo un primo sguardo che avevo le gengive infiammate e che non poteva farmi la pulizia che avevo prenotato perchè avrei sentito dolore e avrei sanguinato troppo, consigliandomi prima una terapia con un colluttorio apposito. Voleva, a quel punto, farmi rifissare un appuntamento. Ho insistito, alla fine, e la pulizia me l'ha fatta comunque. Non ho sentito alcun dolore, dubito fortissimamente di aver avuto davvero le gengive infiammate. La pulizia in sè è durata poco meno di mezz'ora, forse anche venti minuti. I molari e i denti del giudizio non sono stati puliti. La lucidatura è durata meno di 5 minuti. Credo che i clienti con il voucher siano considerati meno importanti di chi paga prezzo pieno. In generale soddisfatta di una pulizia che è costata, e vale, 25 euro. I made an appointment with a groupon voucher for a cleaning. The office is very nice and the dentist who welcomed me, Christian, was immediately very friendly. First he told me after a first glance that I had inflamed gums and that he could not do the cleaning I had booked because I would have felt pain and I would have bled too much, recommending a therapy with a special mouthwash first. He wanted, at that point, to make me reschedule an appointment. I persisted in the end, and the cleaning did it for me anyway. I didn't feel any pain, I highly doubt I actually had sore gums. The cleaning itself took just under half an hour, maybe even twenty minutes. The molars and wisdom teeth were not cleaned. Polishing took less than 5 minutes. I believe that the customers with the voucher are considered less important than those who pay the full price. Generally satisfied with a cleaning that cost, and is worth, 25 euros.
