v	vincenzo mecca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne ho avuto bisogno oggi pomeriggio...grazie a tutto il personale e grazie al reparto Ottorino e al suo staff. ..anche in passato ho avuto a che fare aimé con questa struttura con la quale mi ero trovato bene....questo ospedale è importante per la delegazione di Sestri e non solo....va tutelato!!!!!

Il clima di rilassatezza e i ritmi lavorativi sembrano però in contradizione con le grandi liste di attesa e la difficoltà/impossibilità di prenotazione Direi che qualcosa non sta funzionando, nel complesso un servizio insufficiente I found in pavilion A a tidy and clean structure with multiple waiting rooms almost empty, the punctuality of the appointment, very kind staff. Differenza e divario qualitativo tra i reparti. È disumano che l'ascensore che va in neurologia abbia la chiave. Era meglio un tempo. A hospital let go in the most populated district of Genoa. The visits are proceeding slowly and the health workers do not kill themselves with work. Difference and qualitative gap between departments. m	mauro venturi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura a misura d'uomo nel centro cittadino. Il Pronto Soccorso e' un punto di riferimento ove opera personale gentile e altamente qualificato. Fortunatamente, non mi e' dato sapere se tutti i padiglioni sono ugualmente efficiente ma, Pronto Soccorso, Cardiologia, Oculistica credo di poter affermare, senza ombra di dubbio, che sono eccellenze nel panorama sanitario. Certamente, il parcheggio non e' sufficiente e puo' creare disagi ma, quando se ne ha bisogno, l'importante e' avere a che fare con personale qualificato, tutto il resto sono ... dettagli. Fortunately, I am not given to know if all the pavilions are equally efficient but, Emergency Department, Cardiology, Ophthalmology I think I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that they are excellence in the healthcare panorama. Of course, parking is not enough and can create inconvenience but, when you need it, the important thing is to deal with qualified personnel, all the rest are ... details.
S	Sonia Va on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno PS per mio padre (un mesetto fa, in pieno Covid) e la dottoressa di turno è stata perfetta, ha chiesto un consulto video con neurochirugia San Mart, si è prodigata, nonostante avesse altri pazienti urgenti da controllare. Per fare un paragone con Villa Scassi dove siamo rimasti TRE giorni (ante Covid), mio padre su una barella con dolori fortissimi, tre giorni di sfilate di dottori che non hanno risolto nulla, finchè sono riuscita a tirare fuori mio padre da quell'inferno e portarlo in ambulanza altrove (sotto mofina, per dire...) Tornando al Micone ho avuto ottima assistenza. Un grazie alla dottoressa!!!
