Ho chiesto alla dottoressa che avrebbe dovuto assistermi qualcosa per il dolore, mi ha detto sì, certo, ma poi, si è dimenticata o semplicemente fregata e non mi ha portato nulla. Per almeno 6 ore dalle 21 alle 3 di notte se vedevo passare un infermiere chiedevo la stessa cosa, ma niente. Io non esistevo, non esisteva il mio dolore. Alla fine mi sono messa a urlare se qualcuno poteva occuparsi di me , che esistevo anch'io e un animo buono finalmente mi ha fatto la morfina. Quando entri dovrebbero Almeno disinfettarti le ferite aperte, ma niente. Ne la mano, la testa, figuriamoci il ginocchio che spurgava e poi non si sono accorti neanche del grosso ematoma alla gamba. Io capisco che ci sia poco personale e che é tutto uno schifo, ma bisognerebbe visto il mestiere che fate, trattare con umanità.Quella dottoressa non merita di essere chiamata tale. Terrible experience in the ER. No humanity, none. I asked the doctor that she should assist me with something for the pain, she said yes, sure, but then, she forgot or just screwed up and didn't bring me anything. For at least 6 hours from 9 pm to 3 am if I saw a nurse pass I would ask the same thing, but nothing. I didn't exist, my pain didn't exist. In the end I started screaming if anyone could take care of me, that I existed too and a good soul finally gave me morphine. When you come in they should At least disinfect your open wounds, but nothing. Not the hand, the head, let alone the knee bleeding and then they didn't even notice the big hematoma in the leg. I understand that there is little personal and that everything is disgusting, but given the job you do, you should treat with humanity. That doctor does not deserve to be called that.

( partorito a Imperia) Io e il mio bimbo siamo stati ospiti dal 11 gennaio al 28… lui stava benissimo si prendevano cura del mio bimbo. Io purtroppo ho avuto problemi con il taglio del Cesario in più positiva al Covid. Ero messa maluccio… loro si sono presi cura di me non mi facevano mancare nulla. Stavano dietro ai miei dolori e alle mie esigenze. In sala operatoria poi mi hanno trattata benissimo quando mi hanno dovuto riaprire e pulire ecc. mi hanno coccolata davvero! Tutto il personale si è preso cura di me e di mio figlio. Sono stati gentili e sempre disponibili. E anche simpatici. Per non parlare del cibo sempre tutto molto buono ? mi sono trovata davvero molto bene.. grazie per tutto quello che avete fatto per noi ?‍? I was transferred to the Galiera the morning after giving birth, due to Covid. (born in Imperia) My baby and I were guests from January 11 to 28 ... he was fine they took care of my baby. Unfortunately, I had problems with the cut of the Cesario in more positive at Covid. I was in a bad way… they took care of me they didn't make me miss anything. They were behind my pains and my needs. Then in the operating room they treated me very well when they had to reopen and clean me etc. they really pampered me! All the staff took good care of me and my son. They were kind and always available. And also nice. Not to mention the food always very good ? I found myself very well .. thanks for everything you did for us ?‍?

I did have to wait a few hours, but every contact with doctors and medical staff was pleasant as they were calm and kind. They did a ct scan and blood test and advised on what medications to take. As a foreigner, coming from a small country, my experience with Italian medical staff was very positive. Thank you.
