★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continuerò ha fate del volontariato a partire dal prossimo colloquio con la dottoressa che mi ha seguito nei periodi più bui della mia vita sono un ex alcolista è ho voglia di continuare ha fare gruppi settimanali che son stati sospesi causa COVID ma ora che ho già parlato all'ultimo colloquio al CSM si potranno fare via web e questo mi incoraggia oltre al sapere che potrò continuare ad aiutare e nello stesso tempo mi aiuta certo aspetto di terminare il mio ciclo vaccinale che ho già preso appuntamento con la mia dottoressa di fiducia ora aspetto la chiamata che avverrà ha breve! Non mi sento pronto di andare senza pensare di curare me stesso come mi ha insegnato la STRUTTURA SAMAN ?
