Wide choice and very nice staff! Better to make an appointment if you want to be served calmly by a saleswoman, especially on Saturdays and Sundays.

Sono titolare della carta Vip ma per motivi lavorativi sia io che mio marito siamo impossibilitati ad effettuare gli acquisti negli orari di apertura pertanto con il mio documento, in originale, la tessera sanitaria e la carta vip prego mia madre di recarsi in questo negozio.Oggi purtroppo l’acquisto con lo sconto Vip le è stato negato. Mi spiegate la differenza tra l’andare di persona io o mia madre con il mio documento? Sicuramente non si tratta di un tentativo di appropriazione indebita della tessera né tantomeno di voler effettuare una truffa!!!! Vista la poca elasticità del personale non effettuerò più acquisti in questo negozio.

I am the holder of the Vip card but for business reasons both my husband and I are unable to make purchases during the opening hours therefore with my original document, the health card and the vip card I beg my mother to go to this shop. Unfortunately, today the purchase with the Vip discount has been denied. Can you explain to me the difference between going in person myself or my mother with my document? Surely this is not an attempt to misappropriate the card nor to want to make a scam !!!! Given the lack of flexibility of the staff, I will no longer make purchases in this shop.
