★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente fa diversi anni, devo dire da quando hanno inserito nuovo personale non mi trovo più bene. Non è la prima volta che vengo messa a disagio. Oggi mi sono proprio arrabbiata; mentre guardavo dei maglioni e li preparavo da provare una dipendente in maniera brusca li prendeva e li rimetteva al suo posto... incredibile. Le ho fatto presente che questa cosa era sbagliata, li avrei provati e poi deciso, mi sono ripresa i maglioni e lei cosa ha fatto...? E lì e' ripresi in maniera seccata e borbottando si è messa a ripiegarli...ora qualcuno mi vuole spiegate che razza di modo e' questo? Ho fatto presente la cosa ad una responsabile del negozio, la qualei ha guardata non ha detto nulla e ha continuato a servire un'altra signora... INCREDIBILE!
I am a customer several years ago, I must say since they have added new staff I am no longer happy. This isn't the first time I've been made uncomfortable. Today I got really angry; while I was looking at some sweaters and preparing them to try on, an employee abruptly took them and put them back in their place ... unbelievable. I pointed out that this was wrong, I would try them on and then decide, I got my sweaters back and what did she do ...? And there she resumed in an annoyed way and muttered she started to fold them up ... now someone wants to explain to me what kind of way is this? I mentioned this to a store manager, who looked at me said nothing and continued to serve another lady ... INCREDIBLE!
