Consiglio vivamente fare dei corsi professionali di come interagire con i clienti dall'accoglienza alla presentazione del prodotto d'acquistare, poichè mi hanno un prodotto con confezione manomessa e priva di istruzione e marchio ,tutto ciò avvenuto al momento dell'acquisto, solo dopo mia insistenza mi hanno dato il prodotto integro. Esperienza negativa non meritevole di nessun voto.
good morning this morning 14/0872017 AT 11.00 I went to the PRENATAL shop located in via Taro, SYRACUSE. I highly recommend taking professional courses on how to interact with customers from the reception to the presentation of the product to buy, as they have a product with a tampered package and without education and brand, all that occurred at the time of purchase, only after my insistence they gave me the product intact. Negative experience not worthy of any vote.

Friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. We have opened a birth list with Adriana who, despite our immense doubts (first child), was able to advise us in the best possible way! Positive experience!

Siamo entrati un pomeriggio per caso e siamo stati accolti dal giovanissimo Mattia , un ragazzo preparato , gentile e molto disponibile . Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti da tanta professionalità ( non sempre purtroppo è così ) tanto che abbiamo deciso di affidarci a loro per la nostra lista nascita , nonostante fossimo orientati altrove . Siamo soddisfatti della nostra scelta tanto che ancora oggi Prenatal rimane il nostro negozio di fiducia. Un particolare ringraziamento anche alla bravissima Lucia che ci ha aiutati nella scelta del corredo Complimenti davvero .
Assorted shop with everything for both children and expecting new mothers. We entered one afternoon by chance and were greeted by the very young Mattia, a well-trained, kind and very helpful guy. We were pleasantly impressed by so much professionalism (unfortunately not always the case) so much that we decided to rely on them for our birth list, even though we were oriented elsewhere. We are so satisfied with our choice that Prenatal still remains our trusted store. A special thanks also to the talented Lucia who helped us in choosing the kit. Congratulations indeed.
