Non posso accettare la scorrettezza di una commessa che, approfittando della confusione di un pomeriggio domenicale, mente spudoratamente sul materiale di cui è fatto un maglione.
La professionalità richiede un'etica che manca totalmente in questo negozio, lo dico perché potrei raccontare altri episodi poco edificanti, ma mi astengo.
I tell a decidedly negative experience.
I cannot accept the impropriety of a saleswoman who, taking advantage of the confusion of a Sunday afternoon, shamelessly lies on the material of which a sweater is made.
Professionalism requires an ethic that is totally lacking in this shop, I say this because I could tell other episodes that are not very edifying, but I abstain.

Mancanza di esperienza del personale nel comprendere i diversi livelli di conoscenza del cliente, attualmente da servire, sui diversi prodotti venduti.
Camicia di prova sporca, senza un minimo di decenza.
Comprendo il costo della merce basso ma data la presentazione del marchio mi sarei aspettato il livello del personale e la cura della merce almeno sufficienti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza PESSIMA! Personale molto scortese e poco professionale. Sono stata aggredita da una delle commesse solo per aver preso una maglia, poi rimessa al suo posto in perfetto ordine. Scenata, fra l'altro, avvenuta davanti a due clienti/turisti stranieri. Vergogna! Bella figura avete fatto come brand!!! Non ho comprato e non entrero' MAI piu' in questo negozio. Insegnate l'educazione al vostro personale. Ho dovuto dare una stella perche' e' il minomo, ma avrei dato meno di zero!!
BAD experience! Very rude and unprofessional staff. I was attacked by one of the shop assistants just for taking a shirt, which was then put back in its place in perfect order. Among other things, the scene occurred in front of two foreign clients / tourists. Shame! You have made a good impression as a brand !!! I have not bought and will NEVER enter this shop again. Teach your staff education. I had to give a star because it is the minomo, but I would have given less than zero !!
