C’era un animale penso sia un criceto morto nel loro piccolo spazio che praticamente è un quadretto, dopo avergli detto che era morto ed era PIENO di mosche nel loro spazio, la commessa ha continuato ha sedersi lì e non fare niente fino ha chiusura!! Disgustoso!!!!
If I could vote 0 I would do it. There was an animal I think is a dead hamster in their small space which is practically a small picture, after having told him that he was dead and was FULL of flies in their space, the saleswoman continued to sit there and do nothing until he closes! ! Disgusting!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By chance, while strolling through the Cento Commerziale, we discovered a very small puppy in a glass box in the window display of the Animal House. He was lying there all alone and was lit up the whole time, we stand with tears in our eyes. If I would buy it, the next puppy will definitely be there shortly afterwards! And the worst thing is: if the dog has a chip, it's legal in Italy! How dull and emotionless does a person have to be to do something like this? Please: do not buy in this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Disgusting. Selling puppies and other animals locked in a glass box. This should be illegal. The animals are in hot conditions with people walking up to the box, noise in the center. The puppies look terrified! Do not support this business! I wish there was a way to report businesses like this to the authorities but it seems this is legal in Italy. Sickening.
