★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meno di una stella, purtroppo, non posso attribuire ..... Si, certamente, negozio centrale, commesse molto disponibili, cortesi, professionali : niente da dire e/o da lamentare. Ma, se per puro caso, avrete bisogno del parere del direttore della filiale di via Cavour ricordatevi di aspettare con pazienza, tanta pazienza, che lo stesso finisca le sue interminabili conversazioni al cellulare. E non osate manifestare il minimo segno di impazienza e/o insofferenza : ogni suo gesto ed ogni sua parola vi farà capire che siete del tutto importuni e fastidiosi e che la sua sopportazione (al massimo qualche "secondo" di ascolto, sic !) è andata oltre ogni limite. Mai visto un comportamento del genere : soprattutto in un negozio di una catena prestigiosa come Prenatal ! Mai più da Prenatal di via Cavour !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di questo negozio si salvano soltanto la gentilissima signora bionda e un signore molto cortese al reparto vendita, il resto vi farà solo innervosire e tenterà soltanto di impaccarvi quello che conviene a loro e renderanno impossibile l'utilizzo della cosiddetta vip card che serve solo a fare cassa e crearvi malumore. Sito inutile e vip card inutilizzabile

In merito al servizio offerto e all allestimento a Palermo è il numero 1!
Al giorno d oggi trovare ancora gente che lavora con il sorriso e con la giusta attenzione al cliente è molto raro e devo dire che su questo punto vendita il personale fa' davvero la differenza!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto avrei messo meno di una stella; avevo un buono di una più che discreta cifra ma sono scappata via: è stato impossibile acquistare qualcosa,qialsiasi cosa a causa di una commessa davvero scostante e con un volto cosi arrabbiato e con risposte pronte e sbuffi che abbiamo preferito andare via. Fare shopping è anche un piacere ,un momento di svago e chi lavora col pubblico dovrebbe accoglierti sempre con un sorriso ed una parola di benvenuto. Altrimenti fai altro se detesti la gente...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati oggi per acquistare un pò di cose per la nostra piccolina che arriverà a gennaio...Che dire???Sono entrata un pò prevenuta, in quanto avevo letto le recensioni piuttosto negative!!!Invece la mia esperienza all'interno del negozio è stata a dir poco FANASTICA....1. Rispondono al telefono al secondo squillo...2. Personale simpaticissimo, preparatissimo e MOOOOOOLTO disponibile...3. Ci hanno dato un sacco di consigli...4. Non ci hanno lasciato soli un attimo consigliandoci il meglio per la nostra piccola in arrivo e per la sorellina di 7 anni (addirittura per evitare la gelosia della maggiore) ci hanno mostrato dei completini identici, che hanno reso felice la mia bimba!!! Quindi COMPLIMENTI A TUTTO LO STAFF...sarete da oggi in avanti il NOSTRO negozio per eccellenza!!! Il TOP

Instead my experience inside the shop was nothing short of FANASTIC .... 1. They answer the phone on the second ring ... 2. Very nice staff, very well prepared and SOOOOO VERY helpful ... 3. They gave us a lot of advice ... 4. They did not leave us alone for a moment recommending the best for our little one and for the 7 year old sister (even to avoid the jealousy of the older one) they showed us identical outfits, which made my baby happy !!! So CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE STAFF ... from now on you will be OUR shop par excellence !!! The TOP

Sono entrata per la prima volta in questo punto vendita. Quasi sempre vado in via Ugo la malfa. Detto ciò ho trovato delle ragazze brave e gentili. Mi hanno consigliato sulla scelta di alcuni abiti premaman. Essendo soprattutto all’8 mese è difficile vedersi una cosa addosso bene. Sono state tutte gentili. Mi sono trovata veramente benissimo. Punto vendita super consigliato ❤️❤️
