One star experience for: the welcome, the service, the cold and not fresh food, the very high price for the quality of the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Вкусно и большой выбор , объелись креветок и морепродуктов с рыбой, есть устрицы. Выбор Роллов не большой . Советую к посещению для разнообразия. Были с детьми , на выходе детям подарили подарки , было очень приятно .
Tasty and wide selection, overeat shrimp and seafood with fish, there are oysters. The choice of Rolls is not great. I advise you to visit for a change. We were with children, at the exit they presented gifts to children, it was very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza positiva. Lo consiglio non do più stelle solo per la qualità del cibo che preciso ben cucinato ma non di primissima qualità. Il tutto é compensato dal educazione e disponibilità del personale e della proprietà ma anche dalla Location. idea del buffet é molto gradita e spesso lumita sprechi oltre a consentire all utenza di scegliere assagiando per poi eventualmente continuare la portata.
Positive experience. I recommend it I don't give more stars just for the quality of the food I eat well cooked but not of the highest quality. All this is compensated by the education and availability of the staff and the property but also by the Location. The idea of the buffet is very welcome and often low-cost as well as allowing users to choose by tasting and then possibly continuing the course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale pessimo. Mentre io e la mia compagna ci siamo seduti (14:00), entra un’altra coppia, e nello stesso tempo la “cameriera” con capelli ossigenati, com tanta tranquillità dice “M***** ancora ne entrano ?”.
Secondo episodio nella stessa giornata, mentre sempre questa sottospecie di cameriera, ci porta l’ordine al tavolo ( un tavolo per due persone con già tanto cibo sopra), senza nemmeno guardarci in faccia, ne dire per favore o grazie, infastidita ci dice “qui ho bisogno di spazio” , siamo stati noi a doverle liberare il tavolo.
In fine l’ultima portata non c’è mai arrivata e nemmeno i caffè dove invece sono stati inseriti nel conto. Sarà che non siete italiani ? Ma da noi a Palermo lo si offre il caffè, sopratutto dopo la il comportamento della vostra sottospecie di cameriera ossigenata.
Detto ciò, ci sono tanti altri posti dove mangiare a Palermo, NON ANDATECI!!!!
Bad staff. While my partner and I are seated (2:00 pm), another couple enters, and at the same time the "waitress" with bleached hair, with so much tranquility says "M ***** are they still in?".
Second episode on the same day, while this subspecies of waitress always brings us the order to the table (a table for two people with already a lot of food on it), without even looking at each other, saying please or thank you, annoyed she tells us " here I need space ”, it was we who had to clear the table for her.
In the end, the last course never arrived and neither did the coffees where they were added to the bill. Could it be that you are not Italian? But we in Palermo offer coffee, especially after the behavior of your subspecies of oxygenated waitress.
That said, there are so many other places to eat in Palermo, DON'T GO THERE !!!!

Accoglienza fredda e distaccata.
Sin da subito non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di riscontrare "i favoritismi", visto che i clienti del tavolo accanto al nostro, seppur arrivati dopo venivano serviti prima.
Non mi soffermo allora tanto nel recensire il sapore del cibo, davvero di pessima qualità.
Insomma, se siamo stati questa volta sicuramente non vi ritorneremo più.

Cold and detached welcome.
Right from the start we could not help but find "favoritism", since the customers of the table next to ours, even if they arrived later, were served earlier.
So I don't dwell much on reviewing the taste of the food, which is really bad quality.
In short, if we have been this time we will certainly not return there again.
