Nei giorni di Black Friday hanno giocato sui prezzi del cartellino (i prezzi rosa e i prezzi neri) alla mia domanda “quale prezzo devo prendere in considerazione” la commessa mi ha risposto “il prezzo rosa” ma alla cassa mi sono rivisto lo SCONTRINO LIEVITARE vedendomi passare alcuni capi a prezzo pieno e altri con il prezzo rosa. Chiedendo informazioni alla cassa mi è stato risposto in modo MALEDUCATO prima che la commessa mi aveva dato una info errata e poi che si trattasse di nuova collezione. PERSONALE DALLA PROFESSIONALITÀ VERGOGNOSA !!! ZERO STELLE NON PRENDERÒ MAI PIÙ NULLA PRESSO QUESTO NEGOZIO !!! DIFFIDATE DA QUESTA GENTAGLIA !!!
SCAMS !!! In the days of Black Friday they played on the price tag (pink prices and black prices) to my question "which price should I take into consideration" the saleswoman replied "the pink price" but at the checkout I reviewed the LEAVENING RECEIPT seeing me pass some items at full price and others with pink price. Asking for information at the cashier I was answered in a RUDE way before the saleswoman had given me an incorrect info and then that it was a new collection. STAFF WITH SHAMEFUL PROFESSIONALISM !!! ZERO STARS I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING AGAIN AT THIS STORE !!! BEWARE OF THIS GENTLE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stasera mi sono recata alla Prenatal a nola alle 21:20 con mio figlio in quando dovevamo fare dei regali . E siamo stati accolti con poca accoglienza in quanto nessuno dei commessi si è messo a disposizione e nel darci spiegazioni riguardo alle vendite. Molto delusa e con personale molto poco gentile e poca voglia di lavorare facendoci capire che più che altro era di fastidio in quanto si affrettavano a farcene andare per chiusura negozi
Tonight I went to the Prenatal at nola at 9:20 pm with my son when we had to give gifts. And we were welcomed with little welcome as none of the clerks made themselves available and gave us explanations about sales. Very disappointed and with very unkind staff and little desire to work making us understand that more than anything else it was annoying because they were rushing to let us go for closing stores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahimè ho avuto il DISPIACERE di acquistare in questo negozio un passeggino leggero. Dopo una settimana la ruota ha iniziato a vibrare, mi sono recato nel negozio per esporre il problema; mi hanno assicurato che cambiavono la ruota in garanzia, dopo 4 mesi mi ritrovo ancora con la ruota traballante e le commesse che promettono telefonate ( mai fatte ) per cercare di risolvere il problema.
PER ME IL PERSONALE CHE VI LAVORA É TOTALMENTE INCOMPETENTE.
Alas, I had the LOST to buy a light stroller in this store. After a week the wheel started to vibrate, I went to the store to expose the problem; they assured me that they change the wheel under warranty, after 4 months I still find myself with the wobbly wheel and the orders that promise phone calls (never made) to try to solve the problem.
FOR ME THE STAFF WHO WORKS IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a fare un cambio di una tutina mi era stata regalata i prezzi sono scritti in nero mentre sotto c è scritto in rosa un prezzo scontato X i possessori della carta vip. E mi hanno detto che la tutina è stata comprata con la scheda quindi il prezzo in rosa, xro il cambio lo dovevo fare col prezzo in nero cioè x intero xche nn ho la scheda. Quindi questo sconto è solo un imbroglio xche se vai a fare un cambio di un regalo ci perdi i soldi, i commessi sono scorbuti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve mi sono recata ieri alle 22.45 al vulcano buono di Nola, ed ho chiesto gentilmente di farmi fare una grift card da €40 mi ha chiesto il. Commesso, (che si chiama Nando) che non poteva più accettare pagamenti con la carta perché aveva gia chiuso il pos!
E siamo andate via, ma poi siamo ritornate dopo 2 minuti perché mia sorella mi aveva prestato i contanti. Ma avavano chiuso già la cassa alle 21.52 ora vi dico ma se l'orario di chiusura è alle 22 voi perché chiudete prima???? Non esiste, io ho fatto le corse e loro hanno assunto un deplorevole comportamento, contro i clienti e non si agisce cosi... Continuo a pensare che i commessi fanno perdere i clienti per il loro cattivo comportamento.
Io ho fatto la commessa all'ingrosso ed al dettaglio e non è mai successo che non abbia rispettato o aspettato il cliente anzi tante volte abbiamo chiuso dopo l'orario....
