★ ★ ★ ★ ★ martedi scorso ho comprato delle scarpe per mia madre , e dopo averle indossate ai piedi , per pochi minuti ke l'ha indossata le hanno letteralmente distrutti i piedi. Cosi sono ritornata in negozio per poterle cambiare con un altro paio e l'azienda quest'oggi mi ha risposto di no.
Negano ogni responsabilità del prodotto, purtroppo nn acquisterò più nnt in questo negozio grazie
last tuesday I bought some shoes for my mother, and after wearing them on her feet, for a few minutes she wore them they literally destroyed her feet. So I went back to the shop to be able to change them for another pair and today the company said no.
They deny any responsibility for the product, unfortunately I will not buy more in this shop thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una borsa Valentino circa tre settimane fa. L’ho indossata dopo due giorni, ci sono uscita, e mi accorgo subito che una letterina si era staccata dalla borsa. La riporto in negozio il giorno stesso e mi dicono che devono mandarla in riparazione, che non potevano cambiarla e che avrei dovuto aspettare fino a quando non mi chiamavano loro i primi di agosto. Ho chiamato la settimana scorsa perché non ho avuto nessuna notizia e mi dicono che è ancora in riparazione e massimo 4/5 giorni era pronta. Niente. Chiamo oggi e mi dicono che non era ancora pronta, di conseguenza io mi “altero” (sempre con la massima educazione) e rispondo che la borsa mi serviva perché domani sarei dovuta partire. Prima mi dicono che non era pronta e che avrebbero fatto una sollecitazione, dopo mezz’ora mi richiamano e mi confermano che fosse pronta e che potevo andarla a prendere (molto strano eh?). Sono andata a prenderla e si vede palesemente da 1 km di distanza che la lettera è stata attaccata oggi con l’attack perché c’è una macchia enorme molto visibile. Per carità, negozio con ottimi prodotti e ben fornito, ma non credo riacquisterò.
I bought a Valentino bag about three weeks ago. I wore it after two days, I went out, and I immediately realized that a letter had come off the bag. I put it back in the store the same day and they tell me that they have to send it for repair, that they couldn't change it and that I should wait until they called me in early August. I called last week because I didn't have any news and they tell me that it's still being repaired and maximum 4/5 days was ready. Anything. I call today and they tell me it was not ready yet, so I "hate" (always with the utmost education) and I answer that I needed the bag because tomorrow I should have left. First they tell me it was not ready and that they would have solicited me, after half an hour they call me back and confirm that it was ready and that I could go and get it (very strange eh?). I went to pick it up and it is obvious from 1 km away that the letter was attacked today with the attack because there is a very visible huge spot. For goodness sake, shop with excellent products and well stocked, but I don't think I will buy them back.
